Yes, any information you share is secure on our website.
Do I have to disclose my e mail and phone number to register?
E mail id and mobile numbers are mandatory fields as we will send you updates about your orders over e mail or get in touch over the phone.
How do I order online?
One you have chosen your product and ‘Add to cart’, you will need to review your order and click ‘Check out’ to begin the check out process.

I am based out of India, and want to place an order for a delivery in India. Is it possible?
Yes, shipping within India is free and you can follow the regular steps to place your order.
I am not based out of Indian, and wish to place an order to be delivered outside India. Is it possible?
Yes, We do ship internationally. We might have to charge additional shipping charges based on the weight of the product, country and shipping duration. Shipping charges will be visible at the time of checkout. You may have to additionally pay the shipping company any customs or import duty charged by the country of import.

Is it possible to make custom fitted garments?
Yes, we are happy to custom fit garments. You can enter your measurements while placing an order. You can alternatively reach out to us on whatsapp or call to discuss your measurements and we can help you place your order.
Is it possible to customize the garment?
Yes, we are happy to customise your garment by changing the colour, slight changes to the silhouette, based on your measurements. You can reach out to us via whatsapp or call to discuss customizations.
What happens if my credit card/ debit card has been compromised while making a payment?
At Maisolos we try our best to protect your personal information by using secure and reliable payment gateways. While the payment gateway uses a high level of security to protect your information, unfortunately, data transmissions over the internet may be subject to breaches so we would like you to understand such risks. We cannot entirely ensure or warrant the security of information to us, and you do so at your own risk. In the event of a breach of the confidential information or security of your personal information, we will notify you as necessary and to the extent possible so you can take appropriate protective steps.
Can I cancel an order?
An order once placed cannot be cancelled. Please contact our support team at orders@maisolos.com for any queries regarding the same.
What if I am not available when the product is being delivered?
If you are not available when the product is being delivered, it will be taken back and the shipping company will reach out to you for a second delivery attempt as per their policies.
What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?
At Misolos, we ensure safety of your order, however in any circumstance if you receive a product in damaged condition, mail us with your order details and a picture of the garment and we shall guide you on the next step.
What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?
The estimated shipping time is mentioned for each product on the product display page. In case there is any delay we will inform you of the same. Post shipping the product, the delivery time within India can range from 2-8 days. For International shipments the shipping time can range from 5-15 days.
